Specialty: Ophthalmology Interests: Cataract surgery Qualifications: MB BS (Syd), FRANZCO, FRACS Dr Whitehouse completed his general medical training at the University of Sydney and Royal North Shore Hospital. He then undertook ophthalmology training at Westmead Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital. After graduating as an ophthalmologist he completed further studies in cataract and glaucoma at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, UK. Since 1994 Dr Whitehouse has been in private practice in Hornsby with a subspecialty interest in cataract surgery. He is a VMO at Sydney Adventist Hospital, The San Day Surgery Hornsby and Royal North Shore Hospital. He is currently a member of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologist, the Australian Medical Association, and the Australasian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. |
